1- Find the attached word document, select the signature and copy


2- Click on New Email

3- go to Signature and choose Signature from the Sub menu.

4- Click on New, name the Signature and press OK (for example: BISAK Signature)

5- right-click inside the white box and paste, Insert your personal Information (Please Keep the font size and format is it), Press ok

 6-Choose default signature, New message: BISAK Signature, press OK
