To raise an ICT Help Desk Ticket please follow the steps:


  1. Go to BISAK website -> Learning portal  - Click here on ICT Services
  2. Login/Sign in with your Office 365 credentials

                 Name : John Smith

                   Username : sjohn@bisak.org

                   Password : Same as your computer/O365 password 

      4. Click on New Ticket
