The MLTV product relies on a range of ports which must be allowed in order for all aspects of the service to operate. MLTV consists of audio, video, screen and chat systems – which all require stable and white-listed connections. Please note that if you need to whitelist any domain names or URL’s that these can be obtained by asking the support team what your MLTV server is.

Testing your system

There is a popular and free service which can test all aspects of your own smartphone, tablet or computer. It does not communicate with MLTV at all, but is a brilliant way of confirming that your equipment is acceptable for audio and video conferencing:
