- 1 credit is for 1 student for 1 test.
- The credits have a shelf life of 12 months. If they are not used during this period they will not be available anymore. The credits can be assigned to any level you want. You will notice in the quotation there is simply 34 credits, not credits specific to any level.
- When you assign credit to a pupil, the maximum length that the sitting can be open for is 1 month. If the student does not log in during that time, at the expiry of the sitting the credit is immediately returned to you and you can assign it to someone else. If at any moment you want your credit(s) returned to you, you can manually close the sitting and all of your credits will be available to reassign. If a student has logged in to the test your credit will be “spent” and you will have 1 month from the point of logging in to complete that test. You cannot get that credit back.
